Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to a mall and a brewery/restaurant nearby, making it unbeatable for Plaza Galerias visitors. The rooms are plain, clean, and spacious but lack soundproofing, with some service issues yet to be addressed. The dining experience is limited but includes self-serve options. The hotel could benefit from some renovations and more attention to reservation rates.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, but the shared door to the adjacent room made it quite audible, disturbing my sleep. The service was fantastic, with exceptionally accommodating staff. The location was convenient, surrounded by shopping malls and even a microbrewery next door, although getting to some places required a taxi. The dining experience was primarily Mexican breakfast foods, which was quite good. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view of the highway with mountains in the background, which was enjoyable at night when the city lights up. However, the rooms were pretty basic and didn't quite live up to the price tag.
